Roger Dale Taulbee
February 27, 1946 - December 31, 2011
Services for Roger Dale Taulbee, 65, Frankfort, will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. at LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Larry Shoemaker will officiate. Burial will follow at Peaks Mill Cemetery. Mr. Taulbee died Saturday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. A native of Mary, KY in Wolfe County, he was a retired mill wright worker with Michigan Seamless Tube in South Lyon, MI. He was a member of the South Lyon Church of Christ and United Steel Workers America. Roger was the son of the late Morton and Effie Taulbee, and was preceded in death by brothers, Gene and Quentin; sisters, Gladys Stamper, Thelma Rose, Jewell Rose, Wilma Clark, and Linda Webb. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Taulbee, Frankfort; three sons, Dave Taulbee, Howell, MI, Les (Missy) Taulbee, Frankfort, Jeff Taulbee, Frankfort; daughter Cindy Taulbee (Joe) Hoskins; Fowlerville, MI; four brothers, Verlon (Brenda) Taulbee, Whitmore Lake, MI, Arnold Taulbee and Cecil (Alice) Taulbee, Campton, Manuel (Mary) Taulbee, Michigan Center, MI; sister, Christene (Burnice) Childers, Campton; six grandchildren, Dylan, Tiffany, Amber, and Katie Taulbee, and Dustin and Brandon Hoskins. Pallbearers will be Dylan Taulbee, Dustin Hoskins, Brandon Hoskins, Anthony Childers and Billy Banks. Visitation will be held Monday 3-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
