Mr. Donald Kenneth Cooke

Life celebration services for Don Cooke, 78, Frankfort, will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at LeCompte Johnson Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Phillip Meade and Dr. Jay Padgett will officiate. Friends may gather between 10 and 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Cooke died Monday at his residence. A native of Ridgeland, South Carolina, he served in the US Navy as an engineman 3rd class and was a self- employed contractor. He was a member of Graefenburg Baptist Church. Don was the son of Mallie Heugene and Pearlie Ginn Cook. Survivors include his wife Mary Jo Cooke, Frankfort; son, Chad Cooke, Frankfort; two grand-daughters Samantha Caudle and Susannah Cooke, Frankfort; sister, Elizabeth Logan, Estill, SC and niece Catherine Logan, Columbia, SC, four great-grandchildren.
