Daisy Littrell Powers Services for Daisy Littrell Powers, 89, formerly of Hawkeegan Drive, Frankfort, will be held Saturday, 10:00am at LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Charles E. Moore will officiate. Ms. Powers died Tuesday at Pickering House Hospice Center in Canal Winchester, OH. A native of Woodford County, she was the daughter of Joseph Redman and Minnie Myrtle Sparks Littrell. She was formerly employed by Union Underwear. She was a member of Myrtle Ave. Church of Christ.. Survivors include her daughter, Debra Jean Bates (Steve), Canal Winchester, OH; two sisters, Lillian Powers, Frankfort and Patricia Crofoot, Florida; two grandchildren, Shawn Bates (Kristy) and Ryan Bates (Shathar); and three great grandchildren, Ayden, Levi and Toby Bates. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene B. Powers; four sisters, Verdie, Edna, Christine, Geneva and two brothers, Joe and Jackie.. Pallbearers will be Shawn Bates, Ryan Bates, Richard Hayes, John Hayes, Joel Hayes, John Duvall, Mark Cox and Bobby Brewer. Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
