Mr. Anthony (Tony) Pane

Anthony Albert Pane “Tony”, 50 of Frankfort, Kentucky passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020. He was the son of the late Ronald Bertino and Patricia Ann McGarvey Letze. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dustin Anthony Pane and his sister Staci Laws. He leaves behind his wife, Angela Hockensmith Pane of Frankfort. A daughter, Breanna Nicole Pane (Juan), Louisville, a son Cody Lee Pane, Frankfort, a step-daughter, Amber Rupp of Wisconsin, sister Marti O’Conner (Thomas) of Arizona, sister Laurie Pane O’Toole (Shauna) of New York, brother Ronald Bertino of California, brother-in-law Scotty Hockensmith (Crystal) of Frankfort, step-parents Arnold and Teri Letze of Indiana and father-in-law and mother-in-law Freddie and Beverly Hockensmith of Frankfort. In addition, he also leaves behind extended family Melinda Jessie Brewer, Hueston Brewer (Megan Robertson), Sadie Brewer, Avery Brewer and Jacqualine Walworth. Along with several loved nieces and nephews and our fur babies, Daize and Kain. Tony was a carefree spirit who loved feeling the wind on his face while riding his motorcycle. He had an amazing spirit and sense of humor and loved to make people laugh and smile. He was adventurous and loved to experience everything he could in life. He loved and lived each day to the fullest. He was a skilled independent contractor who did roofing and construction. He was never scared to work hard or take on challenges to provide for his family. He loved to spend time with his family and enjoyed watching his son, Cody, play football. He was by far the biggest fan for the FYFL, Frankfort Rams and Elkhorn Elks. He was so proud of all that his daughter Breanna has already accomplished and everything he knew she would accomplish in life. He admired her feisty spirit (which she got from him) and her determination to reach her goals. Tony was touched by the kindness of many people along life’s journey and always wanted to pay it forward to someone in need. Tony never met a stranger and did not judge people based on their situation. Although, tough and protective of those he loved, he was also generous to a fault and would give someone in need the shirt off his back, money in his pocket or the lunch he had just purchased. He always prayed faithfully for those less fortunate and women and children who were in need Tony had struggles through his life, but never let those things hold him back or keep him from reaching for his goals. He loved the ocean, the universe, storms and a good ghost hunt! He overcame many demons he faced through life and is a constant reminder that nothing is impossible with God. . He leaves this world with his legacy of an amazing husband, father and friend that had a heart of gold and a compassionate soul. Paul bearers will be: Tom Tietz, Hueston Brewer, Scotty Hockensmith, Nicholas Hockensmith, David Gaines and Joe White. Services for Tony will be held at North Frankfort Baptist Church on Monday, September 28, 2020. Visitation will be at 11a.m. and his funeral and memorial will begin at 2pm. He will be laid to rest at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. David Smith will officiate the services.
